Performance

A.This Laminator, which adapts to the process production of monocrystal, polycrystal and amorphous solar cell, has two laminating sections. And each section has the independent control of Heating Station, Vacuum System, Temperature and Pressure.

B.High Quality of Modules:This laminator is divided into two laminating sections. The First Laminating Section which proceeds vacuuming and heating and the Second Laminating Section which laminates modules with lower vacuum if the air leaks in this section, the quality of modules will not be influenced.

C.Extending the service life of consumable parts: It may reduce the laminating time with by half so that the service life of rubber sheet and rubber strip will be extended.

D.Increasing the Annual Capacity: It may improve the production efficiency amazingly. This laminator is twice as efficient as general laminator with single vacuum chamber

E.Small Floor Space: Relative to general laminator with one laminating section, this laminator reduces the floor space with decreasing one set of module in-out.
